But power without depth, ethics, and wisdom can cause harm. This certification course was created to train dedicated individuals and practitioners to work responsibly with the conscious, subconscious, unconscious, and superconscious mind.

Holistic Healing Hypnosis® (HHHypnosis®) is not about scripts or quick methods. It is about understanding how the human mind works: emotionally, psychologically, somatically, and energetically, so that change is supported with integrity, scientific studies and wisdom. This is a high-depth training for those who take this work seriously.

Meet The Founder & Instructor of HHHypnosis®

Kartika Alexandra

Kartika Alexandra is the founder and lead instructor of HHHypnosis^®️, known for her trauma-informed, highly professional approach to deep subconscious transformation. Her background includes:

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours), University of British Columbia
Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist
International Hypnotherapist, National Guild of Hypnotists
Advanced training across multiple hypnotherapy modalities and healing disciplines

Kartika believes that the most effective hypnotherapists are those committed to their own inner work, authenticity, and ethical responsibility—values that form the foundation of this training. The course is led personally by Kartika Alexandra and supported by experienced mentors Laura Widyanto and Marie Wanhoefer, who bring strong clinical presence and depth to their respective fields. HHHypnosis^®️ is taught through an intensive, month-long in-person training, where Kartika guides students daily, supports their inner process, and ensures they develop the skill to facilitate sessions with depth, integrity, and ethical care.

What You Will Develop

This comprehensive training pursues the following key objectives. By completing the Holistic Healing Hypnosis^® Certification, you will develop:

A deep understanding of hypnotherapy, its principles, theories, and therapeutic applications
Knowledge of the human mind, brainwaves, and the mind–body–emotion connection
Competence in therapeutic skills: assessment, rapport, session design, and progress evaluation
Supervised experiential learning, including personal inner work and subconscious processing
Clear grounding in ethical standards for safe, respectful, and responsible practice
Confidence to practice professionally or integrate hypnotherapy into existing work

Training Structure Overview

Month 1

In-Person Immersion (Bali)

A four-week intensive focusing on:

Foundations of the mind, hypnosis, trauma, and ethics
The complete Holistic Healing Hypnosis® process
Emotional release, shadow work, parts therapy, inner child work
Somatic awareness and working with the energy body
Intuition development and therapist preparation
Supervised practice rounds and personal inner work

Months 2-4.5

Online Mentorship & Case Studies

Weekly individual mentorship via Zoom
Group integration calls
Minimum 18 supervised case studies
Reflective learning and clinical feedback
Final exam completed within 12 months of course start date.

Who This Training Is For

This training is designed for individuals who recognize themselves in the following:

You feel a genuine curiosity about the mind, emotional processes, and deep healing.
You are comfortable working closely and authentically with others, and value relational safety and ethical presence.
You are willing to be challenged and supported in your own inner work as part of learning to hold space for others.
You value presence, integrity, and responsibility over technique alone.

You may be new to healing work or already supporting others professionally. What matters most is readiness, not background.

Participants must be 25 years or older and open to learning within a small, intimate group.

This course is not suitable for those who:

Seek knowledge or tools without personal inner work
Are unwilling to engage in self-reflection or vulnerability
Prefer competitive or transactional learning environments
Are currently in acute trauma or addiction processing
View the instructor or mentors as service providers rather than guides

This training requires emotional maturity, self-responsibility, and respect for others.

This training is suitable if you can confidently say yes to most of the following.
